Comments: This was my first visit with Dr. Alexander and I must say, the visit was as pleasant as it could be. Everyone in the office was very courteous and professional. X-rays are done just steps from the office so you do not have to go walking around all over the hospital to complete your testing. As I said, everyone was extremely pleasant and courteous and on time. Now we all know how unusual that is. Dr. Alexander took his time with me as well as answering all of our questions, coming up with a care plan that was acceptable to all. I would highly recommend The Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, and Hand Center at Mercy. They treat with kindness, efficiency. The welfare of the patient is obviously their main concern.
